7 steps for taking better photos-beginner's guideHello and welcome to my little guide on how to make better photos*.
*Photos that are technically correct; with little grain, right exposure, right composition, etc.
So, some of you have probably gotten a new camera during the holidays and it's so shiny and look at all the details, is that a pore on my face, and everything is great, but what are all these numbers and letters on my screen, let's just use auto mode. And then it all begins. The depression. The photos lack something... That sparkle of life, you know. You ask why? Is this the way of god trying to tell me that I have no talents and that I wasted my money?
NO.
You just need a bit of guidance, that's all. Here are some tips for beginners and those who might need it.

Step 1
It's safe now to turn off auto mode.

To be honest it really isn't as complicated as it looks, so do try it yourself~

^{First of all thank you for providing us with such a nice tutorial. I love the simplicity of the tutorial and how easy you laid it out. Instead of three thousand descriptions of things that I don't need (for example random details about your specific camera, you just said "this lens" and "this filter") was quite nice. You cut right to the point.

Additionally your simplicity didn't take away from the information needed; it was complete and step by step easy to follow.
The pictures are a nice addition making it even easier to envision.

Oh.. my... god. Thank you thank you thank you! This is one of the most detailed and informative tutorials I have ever seen. The pictures help so so much and are really helpful, not useless at all. The overall look of the tutorial is well planned and quite cute. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Thank you again for sharing your awesome techniques with us but, maybe you could have included some things for more beginning photographers, who have different cameras. Also, you could have chosen to include some variations in there with maybe some different plants? Overall, great tutorial.

These are amazing!
Once spring & summer come around so I can get the dandelion seeds, I'm definitely going to have to try this!
